By focusing on teaching essential job and leadership skills in a nurturing and safe environment, we are committed to helping our participants thrive both professionally and personally. Understanding the challenges faced by those with a history of trauma, our program emphasizes grace, advocacy, and effective communication. We teach our youth not just how to be exemplary employees, but also how to voice their needs constructively to foster a healthy work atmosphere.
